SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

EACH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE.  ODDS OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE DEPENDS UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

PURCHASES AND ENTRIES:  Buy any ACCUAIR part on Accuair.com or make a social post on face book or Instagram with #accuairgiveaway and automatically receive one (1) entry for item or post. Purchases must be made through any participating trade show, and/or through Accuair.com online or the Accuair call center / mail division. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter the sweepstakes without purchasing any product from ACCUAIR , hand print on a plain piece of 3 x 5 paper, your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, plus daytime and evening telephone numbers.  All entries must have a phone number or contact phone.  Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification.  Mail your entry in a hand addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to:  Accuair c/o Accuair Suspension chance to win Ultimate Air Package, 100 Sea Ray Dr Merritt Island Fl 32953.  All no purchase entries must be received by midnight on May 30, 2024.  Limit one entry per envelope sent.  No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted.  Illegible / incomplete entries are void. Accuair is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the drawing (to be held random in June 2024. If an entry form is drawn but judges are unable to determine the winner because of illegible writing, or if the entry form is incomplete, that entry form will be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Accuiar and will not be acknowledged or returned.   

ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is 18 years of age or older and is a legal U.S. citizen.  Officers, directors, volunteers, and employees of Accuair or Arnott and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) and persons residing in their households are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. Not valid in Florida, New York, Hawaii, or the Dominican Republic. Accuair WD distributors ae not eligible for contest. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE: One chance to win an Ultimate Air Package. To take delivery of the Grand Prize, winner must present a valid driver’s license and any other information required by state law. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses related to acceptance of the cash prize. No prize substitution will be provided. The Grand Prize is not transferable prior to award. The winner’s name may be published by Accuair.

COLLECTION OF AWARD: The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law.

TAX ISSUES: Accuair will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (on any) of the prizes. Winner acknowledges this responsibility by entering the sweepstakes.

LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: Accuair is not responsible for any loss, which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes. Accuair is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. Accuair reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and redemption of a prize.

PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Each winner agrees to permit Accuair to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other Accuair materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

MISCELLANEOUS:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Accuair in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Florida, USA. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Furthermore, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
